Need help understanding my account summary from University of Phoenix.?

Can someone help me understand this and exactly what does it mean for me.
It looks as if you are getting a 1178.95 check sometime in the mail or as available for pickup at the cashier’s office
A credit proves that you are getting money back. I learned that @ the tax office (H&R Block) that I worked at
