Dropping out of college (UK)?

I am in my second year of college (A2) and want to leave – am I required to pay for any courses? My Learner Agreement does not state anywhere that I am.
No, unless you already payed for them. But you shouldn’t drop out. I’ve met people who dropped out. They are 70, and regret it to this day.
